My GT Zaskar LE

re:

lovely! brings u back, and the fact that I have one lying in my garage at my parents house... hmm, m2 or avalanche hmm...

I want to have wheels just like thoose! How do I do it? does it last as good as regular ones? looks great!

Really like the other bikes u had to, small bikes always look good, and my specialized is a 16,5" it´s not small it´s petite...

this Zaskar LE is a 16" but handles like an 18". i really love the ride. i've build those wheels myself. it's not so difficult, but i can't explaine exactly how it's done.

re:

I'm gonna take your pictures to my wheelbuilder, and start collecting parts!

The GT 16" is practically an 18" with 550mm toptube length CC the specialized has 535 but will have to make do with some setback post and maybe a longer stem...

original on the Gt is 125mm Kore unit, that's pretty long for a 16" I bought an 18" but couldn't use it, it's more like an 20" or something in real life!

if you're wheel builder takes spokes of 5mm to long, he can twist the spokes 2 times around eachother. than you get this effect.

also added straight links to the pics.
