I've never used this one but I've had two other Limars, both very comfortable and secure with the best size adjustment system I've used. To be honest I'd never buy a helmet by mail order, the shape of them varies by make and model. I've never found a Giro that fits my head shape, I take a medium size MET or a large Limar. Unless you're buying the same that you've had before there's no substitute to going to your LBS and seeing what fits well.
