Had the all clear on urine/blood tests yesterday, following concerns of extensuve bruising/swelling to my lower abdomen. However whilst drying off after a bath last night I managed to dislodge the broken bit of the bone from its nice & alligned position to a more awkward &painfull position. Should still heal and still nothing that can be done but it does mean semi costant pain now as apposed to ocaisional clicking. :cry:

yup, did so this morning, dropped into A&E. Bone has shifted but still not a lot they can do. Time will tell, just more time & pain than the rather neat original fracture would have taken.
