the key is get the dimensions of the box as small as possible - if you can get it down to 100 x 60 x 20 it shouldn't be more than £35 with a min. £50 insurance a bit more with more insurance (that was parcel2go.com) - they do a quick quote so have a go

Cheers guys. Looking at £108 insured :shock: for a complete bike, boxed(front wheel and bars off)
How do you get a complete bike down to those dimensions?
