WTD 1998 Kona Cinder Cone Handlebars - Kona Bulge??

As per title looking for a pair of Kona Bulge? bars to fit a 1998 Kona Cinder Cone (Dark Blue with Red graphics) tried a pair of Racelights i had kicking round and they're too small a diameter. Cheers.

Do you need 31.8mm bars? I take it your not using the standard stem as that would be 25.4mm bar clamp? Unless your missing the shim for the Race Light bars.
