Hi Paul,
It is many years since I had a bike shipped from the UK, but last time intercargo did a good job and was quite cost effective.
It will be a few months before I can do anything with the frame (busy welding up citroen 2cv for a trip across Australia), so if there is a cheap deal on a slow service (even sea mail) - that would be ok.
