1 There's is loads of baby kit available secondhand - don't buy new!
2 Enjoy it, babies are a bit like a piece of meat for the first 6 months, after that it is great with new things every day.
3 Finally, the first six months are awful, it puts a huge amount of strain on your relationship. But it comes to an end and does get better.
