Difficulty installing Viscount Aerospace crank?

Just pulled the back wheel off the wall to find a sticky freewheel, and was totally blown away by the hubs. Cartridge bearings? I had forgotten that minor glorious detail! They probably need replaced after 40 years, but they sure don't feel like it. Super smoothness... I shot some oil into the freewheel, and it spins like new. I polished and oiled the Titlist RD, and the springs feel new. Now I just have to decide what fork I am using. I've got a couple of chrome forks, but I may order one instead. There is a very nice sloping crown fork I bought from a distributor for another bike, I just have to find a bike shop that orders from them, as I have not seen it at any other dealer. It's coming along well, I will probably take apart and polish the brakes tomorrow.

Here's the picture of the original bike on the smaller frame. The "new" frame is about 2 cm larger.
