British Eagle 531st touring frame, forks, headset and BB

Old School Grand Master
I bought this a couple of weeks ago with a mind to sorting it out for commuting. But there's a problem with one of its wheels, and it doesn't have the tyre clearances I want for my fat tyres. So I'm going to let one of you have it.

It has a 22" Reynolds 531st frame with nice lugs. I've owned a few Dawes Galaxies, and it's much better looking and more finely built than any of them.

The good points:

Really thoughtfully designed, with all the proper touring braze-ons. Very comfortable.
Smooth as butter bottom bracket and headset
Oozes quality

The bad points:

Paint chips/rust
Broken adjuster in dropout (still works fine, though, and perfectly aligned)
Only clearance for 700x35 tyres. :(

£35+postage for a quick sale, with a few other bits included to build up a budget touring bike. No dibs, first to offer cash gets the item.

I might be prepared to play swapsies for a good quality steel hybrid frame.
