I have a carrera subway 2 that is setup singlespeed if you want? Fully rigid, cable discs. Runs spot on
It's an 18" but feels like a 16". Similar to old school konas.

I've got a nice Schwinn Homegrown singlespeed build on the forum for £220 - I can swap out the bling skewers, bling saddle and the carbon bars and get it down to about £170 if that's any good.....let me know
