Ritchey Plexus 18" framekit

Ritchey Plexus framekit. Estimate it is around 1997-8 with help from various experts.
It is in a size 18" and has no dents and cracks. It has some scratches and the "designed by tom ritchey" sticker is damaged.

It includes a black Tange steel fork (not Ritchey logic) new Canecreek headset in silver or black, a ritchey 1" stem and a ritchey Logic bar (160gr).
