Reynolds 531 Road/Audax Frame 58 CTC

Hi, how old is this and will the arrows come off? :LOL: looking for a bike for retro road rides.
 
I'll try and get them off but thats microsofts finest paint so it may be tricky. I don't know the age I'd guess early to mid 90s.
