How to change front Elastomers on Proflex 854 Girvin forks?
Can someone tell me the easiest way to do this. I changed the rear ones with ease, but I have no idea how to change the front. Also, how many and what size elastomer(s) go on the front. I have a 45 mm and a 35 mm. Thanks!

I just ordered a stick of White (70 Shore) & a stick of Green (80 Shore) to make parts for my 856. Thanks to Slim for finding this stuff! My bike has been down for about 3 years with dead elastomers.
My original yellow elastomers (2 front/2 back) are labeled 50 and 70 for the front pieces and 70 and 90 for the rear. I figure that I'll use 2 pieces of the 70 shore for the front and a 70 and a 80 for the rear.
I should have the stock in ~2 weeks for anyone in the states that may want some from my extra stock. :twisted:
