Bars & Forks...what are they...

Cinelli Angels??

angle the photo is taken at gives them a flat / horizontal look - I really like these, need to get hold of some.

Definitely Cinelli Angel bars. I have a pair that could be available although the grip sections have been cut down.

They fit a 1" non threaded steerer so an adapter may be required - which I also have
