On-one 456 Summer Season

Changed the bars and stem to my Easton Vice (80mm) and Sunline V3 (711mm) risers. It just didn't feel right with the flats. As soon as the risers and slightly longer stem went on it felt perfect.

Managed to get out on it yesterday. Bars are risers & slightly longer stem (as mentioned above).
I even rode with my 636's clipping me in :D
It went up the climbs ok, which is more than be said for me.
On the downs it felt slightly odd, don't know how to describe it other than 'odd'.
That was until I dropped the post a few inches and hit steeper stuff. There it felt just right.

Looks good. What kind of weight is it?

Weight, lol...

No Idea. The tyres and inner tubes are a few pound each.

I've Mountain King 2.4's and lighter tubes I could use to drop weight if needed. Also have new 160 discs but like to know I can stop with my 203's.
