I've got a polished silver 130mm stem that is 1 1/8th inch and takes 25.4 mm handlebars. Not sure of the rise but if that's the sort of thing you're after I could sell it for £8 including postage.

There are quite a few scratches but nothing that wouldn't come out with a bit of polishing
