I had a look at this bike in person. The guy was into retro stuff and we chatted for a bit but I figured my money could be better placed elsewhere at the time and passed. A few days later I received an email from someone who claimed their bike was stolen and described it exactly as this one (I have a local ad looking for these things). I turned him onto the bike but never heard back. I hope he got it back if it was or not. Sorry old thread I know.
