BUILD PROCESS!

Only my third complete bike build I have undertaken and it took me just over 5 hours to complete. If there is anything I should have done better, or something that should have been done in a particular order, let me know, feedback always welcome. It's been a long time coming and a bit of cash but here it is, enjoy:

second page and no comments

the frame, the parts and the build documentation are  very well done :)

Absolutely stunning! Excellent choices on paint, decals and drivetrain.
I'm interested in the total cost. Even though you seem to have opted for a " no expense spared " approach it reaffirms one of my key beliefs in retro bikes. It's that a good paint job and retro drivetrain will STILL produce a more desirable, more rideable and much cheaper bike than the modern plastic with it's weekly-changing engineering standards.

A beautiful bike, and a very informative thread. Thanks for sharing, as someone approaching my first road bike build it makes for very interesting reading.

what a stylish bike!
i really enjoyed reading your thread with the accompanying pictures.
I love the feeling of having a vision for a bike, then collecting the parts and finally building the bike.
Now a ride report is needed with added pictures!
So what if it cost you a grand - most new bikes for that money are absolute tat! :D
BRAVO!!!
