I got shot down in flames when I argued with a certain now departed member on here, about him advertising a frame as NOS when it had been built up and ridden for at least 15 miles  So just built up and stripped is ok in my book
Surely NOS (new old stock) means just that, it's new so therefore unused, never ridden/fitted to anything, in it's original packaging and ideally never having been displayed or even touched.
This frame (as nice as it is) is not NOS. Granted I haven't been a member here for long but I do know what the words new, old and stock mean both individually and together in a sentence. The frame should be described as "shop soiled" or something like that.
