Please allow me to introduce myself...

Retrobike Rider
Good afternoon.

I’ve been visiting for around a year now but thought it was about time I dropped in to say “ Hi”. I was brought up in the East of Leeds, and am now living in the York area. So I’d say I’m somewhere between “Tempsey Woods” and Dalby :D Bike wise, it’d be old and steel, but ‘fraid to say my day to day ride is not very retro, as its usually my Columbus X-wing. Anyway I digress, as soon to be completed is the Saracen. I need to get a build thread up for this, and I’m hoping it’ll be ready for BOTM October. Hoping it’s first run out might be the Repack Ride on the 10nth?

Also in the garage in various states are
Columbus X-Wing
2000 Marin full sus - LX/XT
Dawes Wildcat
2 x Maverick 15’s
Maverick Super 15
“stuff”

Congrats to the new appointments, hope to meet some of you in person soon.

welcome aboard UNCLEJACK.

well, that is the ideal choice of bike for the repack ride!

tempsey woods is a local haunt of 'paininthe' on here and i know the place rather well too, i'm just down near rothwell.

keep an eye on the thread as car-share is sometimes available and makes the journey to a ride cheaper and enjoyable(unless someone's had a curry the night before) ;) or make your own way if better for you.

cheers.
