Zero CNC'd Stem

Hi guys - back fromt pub now [hiccup]

Just to let you all know, I love this cnc'd stuff and I am in no way complaining about what Scant has sold me and nor do I want a refund - no slur on your name was meant bud ;) .

Yes I agree - thinking back it would have been polite to go straight to Scant on this one - but for some  reason I thought I would show you guys first to see what you thought or if anyone had had one BITD.

anyway soz matey.

so -

Upon further enquiry to Scant, he never used it (too long), he seems to remeber hearing that its supposed to be a tight fit on the steerer & didnt take much clamping force to hold it in place and I agree with him as it does have signs that it has been on a steerer at some point in its life, however as of yet I aint tried it due to the lack of these ere modern ahead thingies in my shed - but as soon as I do I will post a picci on here.

cheers & peace

Hmmm, tight fit, does this assume that all fork manufacturers use the same tolerances on their definition of 1 1/8"?

I think Scant had the right idea - leave it on the window sill! ;)
