Put it on a bit of a diet today it's about 20-21lb now, far more respectable

I don't have the facility to weigh the whole bike accurately, so I weigh each component before assembly. I'm sure it's reasonably accurate I do have a spring balance that will take the whole bike, and that shows about 21.5lb, so seems about right
