I've just watched a recorded CH4 doc. about child exploitation, shocking. What shocked me most was several women that had been abused as children were made out in the court, even though they felt they risked their family and themselves giving evidence, as whores, and because 1 witness from many was considered unreliable the whole case fell apart and it was 3 years before the offenders were found guilty. Apearently there are only 4 beds in the UK to protect these girls giving evidence, madness.
What surprised me was one of the abusers admitted to having sex with a minor after DNA evidence was found in his car, yet he got away with it, surely anyone who has sex with a minor gets a prison sentance regardless of whether she consented or not :shock:
