never seen those ,bars , levers or mechs!
thats one awesome machine!

very jealous !

Re:

Umm... just one small question... are you sure that's thermoplastic? I'm pretty sure that most carbon composites are thermosets not thermoplastics, and are based on epoxy. Thermoplastic composites do exist, employing plastics such as nylon, but I'm pretty sure that GT used epoxy same as everybody else.

Quality build, though, serious spec on that bike.

Re:

Wow, just WOW!

Out of curiosity ... what's a bike/package like that worth, money-wise?

ps: I think the seat-post is perfect.

@bishopdante : "Thermoplastic" is the name given by GT for these specific frames, mixing carbon and alloy. Just have a look on 1996 to 2000 GT Catalogs..

@k-rod : some month ago, a similar LTS STT was for sale on ebay, with same fork and nice CNC components, but not as rare as mine. Buy it Now price was $15000, but honnestly I doubt it was sold this price !
A decent frame worst 800-1200€, AMP fork for 400€, derailleurs around 750€ the pair, stem/bar around 250€, crank rings around 200€, etc...
But the real problem is not the price, but to find these rare parts..
For exemple, I never seen a pair of Spin ceramic for sale...

Thanks for all your comments !
