Recent arrival, yep, another one!...spotted this and couldn't resist

I've done a couple of these before!...Links in my sig you're interested :)

The seller bought it new and had the Mag 21 fitted, but the bike also came with the original (and unused) pink rigid fork 8)

He raced on it 'bitd' and it had been stored for quite a few years. It was also his first experience of shipping a bike and did a great job for me; a friendly and helpful chap. :D

It's kitted out pretty much to factory 'as bought' spec with the original wheelset, Bonty ti saddle etc.

Some pics post unpacking and re-assembly....

The previous owner must have some serious weight weenie racer to have removed the grips off the bars

What's you plans? Or is it just a good descale and polish and new headset etc

Yep, hard-core! ...actually they had to be cut-off as I asked him to pack the STi's separately ;)

Plan is....

Complete strip down
Polish frame and (rigid) fork
Rebuilt with similar spec to above with new xtr headset ;)
Then add lightness!...ti BB, ti 'post, ti bolts etc etc
Build lighter wheel-set
....and see what weight I can get it down to :)

Cheers
