This turned up at a bike coop that a friend of mine works at in LA. I've never seen anything quite like it, nor has he. He asked me to post here to see if anyone has ever seen one of these?
He provided some limited info on it:
-frame is labeled (CCDI U.S.A.) from a company in Santa Ana CA. He said it is a prototype perhaps?
-no rear brake bosses!
-rear triangle is on a pivot at the seat tube…sort of a soft tail design??
-1" steerer and threaded BB shell
-weird slot for a front d mount, but looks like a bracket is missing
