Here it is in its first build. Will inevitably tinker over the coming months. Magura brakes might be an option. Mix of old and new.

i heart diamond backs

my first proper MTB was a diamondback

anyone got a mid-sized sorrento in marbley colour they did 1995 or so? i foolishly resprayed mine badly then skipped it when it was taking up too much space

Looking good Ed, how do you find the amp forks on there?

I've just put some F2s on my '95 Vertex and I reckon it works really well.

Yeah love the F3's - only been on one proper ride on them so far, once preload was sorted they were great.

Decals: what would they have looked like originally? Like those on the TT? If so then I might do it, otherwise I like the mystery. People will be trying to work out what it is :D

oh yes, the other thing - should I stick with black outer chainring or go with a pewter Pace one that I have or a blue Middleburn?

Loving it Ed  You've got it spot on
Looking forward to meeting it in the flesh, or should that be metal, at the Wobble........where your going to let me ride it all weekend ;)
