Out and about, wheels are to be changed over to some MT60 Deore hubs rebuilt with Sapim db spokes onto some Rigida rims
The wheels started out as solid axle Uniglide with rustless spokes - some donor parts and a bag of spokes later it makes for a handsome period wheelset with the ease of a 7spd hyperglide freehub body. No more shonky freewheels!
The Mavic Dakar need new bearings so they'll go to the back of the garage for a wee while as the rims are also very worn now.
