My Bro in law has given me his dirty 1999 Stumpy to service for him. One thing he needs is a set of forks as the current Manitou SX jobbies have turned to jelly.
He'd like to be able to lock the forks when using his bike on the road or at least the option to be able to stiffen them so they don't compress much.

Full working order please, no basket cases, leaky seals or knackered bushes etc
He's not big on maintenance either so maybe Pace forks should be avoided in this case.
