How about some Fox RL80's? They have a 1/18th X 192mm steerer, an A to C of 450mm, weigh 3lbs 8oz and have erm 80mm travel.
They had a 75 Euro service in June and are in perfect mechanical condition with no air or oil leaks and are buttery smooth. They have a star fangled nut [who takes them out anyway]? Oh, they're black. They have a few scratches to the paint and the decals.
