Hi folks,
Does anyone know of a source for spare parts for a Simplex/Spidel SLJ 4164 seatpost, like this one:

I need the clamping arrangements - certainly the bolts and nuts/washers, and ideally the outer clamp parts too. See below a couple of pics of the post that came with a Peugeot purchase earlier this year - you can see that the original bolts and nuts/washers have been replace by some spares from the local hardware store. The bike was mounted on rollers when I collected it, via a couple of steel bars running up the the seat clamp in a real Heath-Robinson style.
I can use the post as-is by further shortening the bolts, but would prefer to replace with the correct hardware. Any ideas where I could source replacements?
