I intend on sticking a set of rigids in my 03 Tomac hardtail.Its an 80mm fork frame,Im thinking of a to c of 460mm?Are there any other variables to consider?

a/c vs travel depends on manufacturer:

Note the rigid fork length should be less than the suspension fork, because you generally run 20% of sag. I.e. To replace a 100mm travel fork of 470mm, I'd go for a 440mm rigid.

Since when were 460mm 80 mm fork corrected!?
Op should be looking at 420mm to no more than 440mm in a-c height.

Yes but bear in mind Fox forks are usually taller a-c anyway.
