I think for a 68mm shell bottom bracket there needs to be two spacers on the drive side and just one on the non-drive side. For a 73mm shell there just needs to be one either side.
I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think you'll need a Raceface specific spacer and you could use a Shimano one. They should all have the same internal diameter.

file down a plastic cassette spacer (file off the teeth)(or a metal one!)

Taking into account that they customised my kit for no extra cost I can highly recommend the product / company (I am not linked to them in anyway ;-) )
I did look at others on the market and I didn't like the idea of plastic spacers or using two small spacers where one larger one would fit. I saw the ally ones at crc but the photo doesn't do them any favours and suggests the quality is something I wouldn't he happy with :-( (remember I am a fussy bugger ) If I still had access to a lathe and hadn't found the velo solo ones, I would have made my own
