Late 90s FS hybrid frame. Since 1996 Koga frames are no longer made with Miyata in Japan. Officially they made undersupervision of Miyata by Hodaka in Taiwan. This is a Hodaka example.
Of course the frame is not NL made like the ad states. Bike is assembled in Holland.
