It's would be highly ilegal on a road here without MOT, Plates, tax, insurance etc, and using it on a bridleway or trail would be an offence as it is "motorised". Only place you could not get into trouble would be on private property!
So on a very upright push bike, no suspension, probably forced to be on rough ground. "UP TO 40MPH" :roll: :facepalm:
