I have and it's exactly the sort of thing that would look amazing on my industrial-inspired build, but unfortunately way above the whole build budget.
I've seen something like them before, and also a rear hub that claims to do the same - produce more power, without the rider putting any extra effort in. Whoever comes up with these things has absolutely no idea of even the most basic physics... a complete load of sh!te, the only thing they probably so is make your bike heavier, so probably have the exact opposite effect to what they claim.
