They are Hope XC Hubbed - and WTB Speed Disc rims
The hubs are nice and smooth - the rear has the trademark Hope click to it.
Standard
Rims have some marks on them. Rear is spot-on true - the front has the slightest wobble.
Spokes are double butted - but no brand marking visible.
