1950s Claud Butler

Looks like easy restoration if there's no problems like stuck stem or seatpost. Clean, grease, change cables, new bar tape, put some old brooks saddle on it and that's it. Maybe I would change the stem and rear derailleur as well. He's responded to someone in Q&A at the bottom section. It is quite cheap.

all i have asked is like you say to check if seat post is seized or not and wheel size , and agree a nice simple wet rag and a good service of we go again
