Bottechia/TVT, Banesto/TVT and Castorama Raleigh 653

Devout Dirtbag
Quite a few interesting frames and parts from this French seller, including the following three personal highlights:

TVT92HM with Bottecchia decals ala 1989 ADR/Lemond:

TVT92HM in Banesto colours with an interesting 'monobloc' head tube, apparently made for Pedro Delgado (looks a little big for Delgado to me). I've not seen this one piece head tube on a TVT before:

Castorama team sourced Raleigh (built by Cinelli apparently) 653:

I have to agree about the Delgado frame,56 c to c would be big for him. and I only remember him on the red tvt frame of his Reynolds days. but I may be wrong

Yes good homework - they are all good fakes!
G. Lemond never rode a TVT92 in ADR-Livery (Botteccia labled). During his year with ADR he rode a Calfe bike. And a TVT92 never carries a name of a other frame manufacturer
A White TVT92 in Banesto livery has been ridden by Miguel Indurain only during 1991s TdF. (which was labled in a hurry so it not carries the typical TVT horizontal stripes. But there is only one existing of it and it belongs himself the Great Basque

Delgado only rode a red metallic TVT92 with Reynolds-Team. On the other Hand the TVT92 has a TVT stamp on the seat mufflebut hasn't a splitted steering tube with a short piece of carbon between, which was usual in 1991 by the Carbone HM Version. The HR- Version has'nt splitted steering tube but no stamp on the seat muffle.

sorry for my coment ... ok you are right - have to make my homeworks better - but was it really labled as a Bottecchia?
In this times I saw him often on a Calfe on TV

But the only white TVT92 Banesto was this

That bike looks just about perfect to me. The proportions are just right.
