This looks like a MTB frame that has been converted to a road bike. the rear end is very long ??

The more I look at this frame it is an MTB frame, small size long rear end and cantilever brakes..26inch/650 wheels..
Neil Orrell built one for me just the same design, lovely classic 753 MTB bike frame.

They do a very classy road frame too . Pity the front mech goes on over the transfer on this one

Yes the position of the front mech means its def a MTB frame as the original front mech would be for a 22/32/42 chainset and would be under the transfer...
