Saturday 18th August - 10am for 10:30am start

Please wear a helmet

Having ridden most of the route today I can confirm that this is going to be cracker. Lovely scenic countryside with a bit of history thrown in. Taking in the Col de RSPB, Tempsford Airfield, that nasty uphill bit, the 18th hole, medieval bridges, fords, and sweet farm tracks. The distance is a minimum of 25 miles but we will hopefully get time to deviate from the mapped route to take in some woody singletrack. A lunch stop at a pub halfway round if all goes to plan.

Starting from my place - Biggleswade, Bedfordshire - SG18

If you need further info pm me for full address and directions.

Always good to see the Mighty Sandy Heath transmitter!

I'll be there if I'm here...if you see what I mean.

All the best,

I might be at a wedding but if not, I'll be there.

Happy to offer a lift, Mark, if you're not on wedding duty...

All the best,
