Sorry. Ideally for the seatpost, an original Manitou/Ringle head in 31.8mm. May have to use a more common 31.6mm Ringle with the shim if required.
The desired stem is 1 1/4" for a 1993 Manitou FS.

I do have a spare 1 1/4" Manitou CNC stem. It's a 120mm, 10degrees rise if that works for you? (NOS as far as I remember or at least in excellent shape).
I also have a Manitou Seatpost shim floating around that lets you use a 31.6 seatpost instad of the "regular" Manitou 31.8. I can take some measurements and pics if you're interested. Bear in mind I'm located in the U.S.
