My marin mw seatpost is stuck so i am looking marin seatpost or similar for spare.

Most probably a 26.2...there are a few low-end ones around or else USE plus shim.

Also see all the stuff on this site on removing stuck posts. Probably turning it upside-down and squirting in a load of Plus-Gas into the seat tube via a bottle cage hole will get things moving.
 
If it's a 26.4 I have a nice Marin Lite seatpost in silver and also a matching uncut Marin Lite T-6 Aluminium uncut straight bar. Let me know if interested
