Which has a lower rise, about 5 deg but must be 1 1/8" and 130mm long.

i have stems that look like that, not sure if any has the rise and length you need. but i can check.

however i'm in Canada, so not sure would inhibit me offering anything. :p
 
If it's any use I've got this in 115mm length (measured steerer centre to bar centre) and a lower rise than the one in the photo. Fiver posted, let me know if you want a photo.
