As title. Don't mind if threaded or threadless, (1 1/8" I believe) but the frame has a 165mm head tube, so need a decent length steerer either way! Actually, threadless would prob be better as she's already sporting an aheadset.

Would prefer a nice GT fork, but in reality would use anything half-decent as long as it was approx. the right era i.e nothing too modern!

Thanks for looking, peeps.

Hi I have a steel fork - chromoly fork I think - used on a zaskar le i am sure it is about the same size. Will check size and send picture if you are interested. How does £10 posted sound.

Sounds good - definitely interested...if you could check steerer length and post picture, that would be great!

Cheers.

Unfortunately, doesn;t look like The Malcolm's fork will be long enough - anyone else got anything suitable?

Thanks..

If you only need a 165mm steerer I can assure you there's no way that your Zaskar is a 20" frame. 174mm is the minimum length steerer you can use with a threadless stem flat tight on a threadless headset for an 18" or 19" Zaskar frames which have 110mm long head tubes.

Thanks for the reply, but it's not a 165mm steerer I need, it's a steerer long enough for a 165mm head tube (I didn't know the exact length I needed, as would be different for threaded vs threadless).

It's definitely a 20" frame - I know this for certain as it's stamped on the dropout!

Also - bump - anyone with anything suitable?
