Bought this frame here a couple of months ago from the very helpful Steve, thanks. It is a 1999 Casati Monza aluminium frame. Casati size 54, it came with Campagnolo Chorus headset and BB.
Plan was to try and build a light bike for climbing hills without resorting to compact gearing in time for the Tour of Flanders Sportive at the beginning of April.

Some parts are new, others preowned.

Campagnolo Record Carbon 27.2 Seatpost.

Campagnolo Chorus 1 inch threadless headset with 1 inch spacers

Deda RHM 01 42cm handlebars

Deda Zero 1 stem 80mm

Miche Primato cassette 13-30

Campagnolo cables

Fizik Performance Classic Bar white tape

Campagnolo Record Ultra Narrow 10sp chain.

Selle San Marco Aspide

Campagnolo Chorus Skeleton brakes

Campagnolo Record Crankset square taper 172.5mm

Campagnolo Chorus 10spd 53,39 chain rings

Campagnolo Centaur rear derailleur med cage

Campagnolo Centaur front derailleur band on

Campagnolo Centaur shifters ( hope to change to Record)

Campagnolo Record down tube adjusters.

Campagnolo Chorus 102mm BB

2x Elite Custom Race Bottle Cages

Campagnolo Zonda G3 wheelset

Vittoria Rubino Pro 700 x 25

Campagnolo BB cable guide

Total weight currently 8.5kg with pedals and 25mm tyres. Only problem to date is minimal clearance between top of front tyre and the fork crown. Plan might be to replace fork with a 1 inch threadless carbon fork to increase clearance, if anyone has one for sale??

Re:

Thanks, it's turned out very nicely. Major issue with a bent rear derailleur hanger which is now sorted and it shifts beautifully.
Hope to get delivery of a full carbon Sintema fork tomorrow, which will bring the bike weight down to 8kg. Not bad for a 1999 aluminium frame ( with some modern bits jdi attached admittedly).
Bottom line, I just love the colour, matt black is boring++ and will look very dated in a couple of years.

Re:

Sintema carbon fork fitted, purchased from forum member Dree in the Netherlands.
All set for the summer now.
