RSP Titanium

Long time lurker here. I just picked up what I believe to be an RSP Titanium Road frame. Frame number F15126. Built up with components I had to hand. Anyone know what year it is from? I'll post a photo when I've worked out how to do it on Android.

Is it the one with the oversized down tube or standard?

Standard. Bought off eBay with bars, shifters, chain set, RD, FD, 531Forks (no label). I just put wheels and a Brooks B17 on and went for a club ride. Goes well. Will post pictures ASIC.....
