That is a real beauty.
I really like Carreras at the best of times but this is one of the best I've seen. Connections to the great man or not, your a fortunate man ;)
How did you find it?
More of everything please, pictures, info etc
Thanks for sharing

Jamie

Re:

I'm with Jamie, that's one gorgeous machine. connection or not.

I'm in the process of putting together a 1994 podium carrera, it was only supposed to be a bit of fun and a fairly low key affair. Having ridden it though it feels so good I'm already pondering a few upgrades.

cheers for sharing and +1 for more details...how does it ride?

Darren

Re:

Beautiful bike and with some history behind still better.
I like bikes from that era the most. Finishing touches right now on a Mavic equipped KG96 like the O.N.C.E. raced.

Re:

thats a really pretty machine! i believe stephen roche road these in the 80/s
i just wondered how the made in thaiwan carrera bikes
sold in halfords since the 80/s ? 90/s to this day , came by the same name ? i have a 531 carrera corsa from the early 90/s. although i knew they were separate from the italian make a budget classic
