Taken from a 1994 Cannondale 3.0 this is one of the very first threadless headsets by inventor Dia Compe ( now known as Cane Creek).
Bearing sufarces are in good condition for the age , not perfect but it runs smoothly with plenty of grease.
Slight damage to outer of top but doesn't affect performance
