As you can see the paint is in terrible condition - great for locking up around town - but not so attractive. There's some surface rust, but no dents or cracks and the chrome is decent.
The drive-side rear drop out has been repaired/welded at some point. It looks like it's been like this for a while, it feels solid, but you can't use an adjuster screw now.
I'll include a no-name headset and Italian BB.

I believe it's made from Columbus or Oria tubing.
